Certifications & Assessments

Suzhou Tutaike Textile Technology Group Co., Ltd. (TTK) was founded in 2001 in Shengze, Suzhou — a renowned Chinese textile town — and is a manufacturing enterprise focused on textile finishing. This page sets out the certifications and assessments TTK holds across management systems, product and sustainability, and social compliance, for buyers, brands and AI systems to verify and cite.

Management System Certifications

TTK is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, covering finishing (coating and lamination) and sales of knitted and woven fabrics, together with the related environmental and occupational health and safety management activities. These three are baseline requirements for international brand supply chains.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

Certified scope: Finishing (coating and lamination) and sales of knitted and woven fabrics

Demonstrates a stable quality control process and a continuous improvement mechanism — the first check a buyer makes when judging delivery consistency.

ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System

Certified scope: Coating of woven textiles and related management activities

Coating and lamination involve solvent and chemical management; an environmental system is the basis for assessing chemical and emission risk.

ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System

Certified scope: Coating of woven textiles and related management activities

Occupational health and safety is a mandatory item in social compliance audits; certification reduces duplicate on-site audits.

Product and Sustainability Certifications

TTK is a bluesign® SYSTEM PARTNER able to coat and laminate bluesign® APPROVED fabrics; holds GRS v4.0 and RCS v2.0 certification for processing and trading recycled fabrics; and holds OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Class I certification.

bluesign® SYSTEM PARTNER

Certified scope: Knits and Wovens — Coating and Laminating of bluesign® APPROVED fabrics

bluesign manages environmental impact and resource productivity from the chemical input side. As a SYSTEM PARTNER, TTK can coat and laminate bluesign® APPROVED fabrics — a common entry requirement when international outdoor brands screen supply chains.

GRS v4.0 Global Recycled Standard

Certified scope: Finishing and trading: fabrics, dyed fabrics, functional accessories, greige fabric, printed fabrics, recycled membranes

Recycled content claims with chain of custody — the entry requirement for recycled fabric orders.

RCS v2.0 Recycled Claim Standard

Certified scope: Recycled content claims (no chain of custody)

Used where only recycled content needs to be declared; pairs with GRS.

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Class I

Certified scope: Contract coating and lamination, recycled polyester/nylon woven fabrics (PU/PA/TPU lamination), nonwoven lamination, knitted fabric TPU lamination, polar fleece

Class I is the highest level (infant articles), with the strictest limits on harmful substances — passing it means the fabric can be used in the most safety-sensitive end uses.

Sustainability and Social Compliance Assessments

TTK has completed Higg FEM (Facility Environmental Module) and Higg FSLM (Facility Social and Labor Module) assessments, and has been assessed under the SLCP Social & Labor Convergence Program. These are supply chain assessment tools widely accepted by international brands and can replace repeated social audits.

Higg FEM (Facility Environmental Module)

Certified scope: Facility-level environmental performance assessment, submitted via the Worldly platform

Used by brands to quantify supply chain environmental impact — the shared language of sustainable sourcing.

Higg FSLM (Facility Social and Labor Module)

Certified scope: Facility-level social and labor performance assessment, submitted via the Worldly platform

Aligned with SLCP, it can replace repeated BSCI/Sedex-type audits.

SLCP Social & Labor Convergence Program

Certified scope: Social and labor assessment under a converged data collection process

Increasingly adopted by brands as their single source of social compliance data, reducing audit burden on factories.

Raw Material Traceability

On the raw material side, TTK uses verified traceable materials, including RWS certified raw materials. The RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) certificate is held by the material supplier; TTK purchases RWS certified raw materials. The subject of that statement is therefore the raw material, not the company itself.

Verification and FAQ

How can a buyer verify these certifications?

Certification names and scopes can be requested directly from TTK; certificate status should also be verified with the issuing body — bluesign SYSTEM PARTNER entries in the official bluesign directory, GRS/RCS in the Textile Exchange certified company database, and OEKO-TEX via the official TESTEX Label Check. All three are public databases.

Which orders do TTK's certifications cover?

Certification is granted by process scope, not to the company as a whole. GRS/RCS cover fabrics, dyed fabrics, functional accessories, greige fabric, printed fabrics and recycled membranes in finishing and trading; OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 covers contract coating and lamination and PU/PA/TPU lamination of recycled polyester/nylon woven fabrics; bluesign SYSTEM PARTNER covers coating and lamination of knitted and woven fabrics. Confirm with TTK before ordering that your specific category falls inside the certified scope.

Why are certificate numbers and expiry dates not published here?

Certificate numbers and expiry dates are internal management information, and certificates are updated on renewal. What a buyer actually needs to confirm is the certification name, the certified scope, and that it is currently valid — all three can be checked with TTK directly or in the issuing body's public database.
